At Cornhusker Kids Fitness, we provide your aspiring 8-14 year old child a stimulating, captivating, challenging, fun, safe and knowledge-enriched atmosphere for 90 minutes of their week. We are available to all fitness levels: modifiable and scalable for any aspiring athlete so that each may athletically progress at their personal best.
Our program will improve the lives of your kids by preparing them mentally and physically for any sport or activity with results you will see immediately. Each day, your child will learn to adapt every day from an array of new games and workouts under the careful eye of knowledgeable and experienced world class trainers. Playing, pulling, pushing, running, throwing, rowing (machine), climbing, lifting and jumping: no two workouts are the same.
We start kids off by cultivating basic body weight movements with the incorporation of goal oriented games and workouts that promote, develop, and optimize your aspiring athlete's 10 attributes of fitness in:

The Cornhusker Kids Fitness program starts May 26th.
Tuesdays: 3:45 pm to 4:30 pm
Thursdays: 4:45 pm to 5:30 pm
Saturdays: 11:15 am to 12:00 pm
**For parents interested in CrossFit, we have childcare available Monday-Friday at 5:30 pm for an additional $20 to your monthly membership.
